EM-Projects, as it were the link between companies in Western Europe and international suppliers. Our core activity is outsourcing of production to low-wage countries. This encompasses the care of the whole process - from order intake to delivery, including engineering support, quality control and logistic supervision.

Network of specialized suppliers
Due to internationalization, the number of suppliers companies can choose from has increased enormously. Consequently the complexity of the outsourcing process has greatly increased as well. An international network of reliable suppliers, offering quality at competitive prices, is of major importance. EM-Projects has an extensive network of suppliers, mainly in Eastern Europe and Southeast Asia.
In the Czech Republic, EM-Projects has an independent agency from which local outsourcing is being co-ordinated.

Engineering support and construction of prototypes.
In close co-operation with our suppliers, engineering support and construction of prototypes are being developed, creating an optimal combination of engineering and production capacity in The Netherlands with an international network of specialized suppliers. In order to be competitive it is essential to deliver the right parts to the right supplier during batch production. The production of prototypes is a phase in which functionality and technical feasibility are field-tested. During the time a product is being developed it is important to expose and solve bottlenecks. It is mainly a phase in which substantial knowledge is gathered; finally leading to a functional product that can be mass-produced at competitive cost. The feasibility expertise of EM-Projects is an important contribution to this process.
